Racehorse trainer fined for tax evasion

Prominent Manawatu racehorse trainer Mark Oulaghan was fined $10,500 plus court costs after pleading guilty in the Palmerston North District Court to tax evasion.

The court heard on Wednesday Mr Oulaghan was charged with providing false information and multiple charges of not making PAYE deductions.

As I mentioned in my last post, another taxpayer caught for not dealing correctly with PAYE.
